During the 6 years (2010-2016) I served as Governor of the Junior and Senior School, I had the unique pleasure of working closely with Deborah Duncan. As Principal of both Schools, she was an exceptional leader and academic — visionary, dedicated, and deeply committed to the success of both students and staff.

I saw firsthand her ability to inspire excellence and to balance high academic standards with genuine care for individual growth. On a personal note, last year when my daughter was preparing her personal statement for her successful application to study Law at Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge, Deborah generously offered her guidance in shaping the structure and focus of the statement. Her insight and clarity were invaluable and reflected the same qualities that made her such an outstanding school leader.

As she embarks on her new career as an academic consultant, I have no doubt that Deborah will bring the same integrity, expertise, and dedication that defined her work in education.
